At Resopta, our mission is to transform the recovery journey for people navigating physical therapy. Too often, it’s hard to stay consistent, motivated, or even remember how to do the exercises that help us heal

We’re a team (two sisters & our mom) of physical therapy “frequent flyers” — shaped by personal experiences, including avoiding ACL surgery through PT. We know what it takes to get back to feeling your best, and we’re building the product we wish we had during our own recoveries
